Common questions

Twelve questions we get most often, with the honest answer.

Including at least one limitation in each category. We would rather lose a bad-fit enrolment than ship a frustrated cohort member.

Programs

Start with the planning stage closest to your immediate problem. If a specific event is 30+ days out, look at Pre-Event Audience Mapping or Track Architecture. If you just finished an event, look at Post-Event Pipeline Discipline or 14-Day Follow-Up Cadence. Email us with a one-line description of your situation and we will tell you which class is the right fit, including when none of them are.

It depends on the masterclass. The senior practitioner cohorts (Sponsor Activation Frameworks, Attribution Model Roundtable) require decision-making authority on a current program. The labs (Lead Quality Triage, No-Show Recovery, Micro-Event Cohort Series) work for newer practitioners. Each program lists prerequisites on its detail page.

We do not teach paid acquisition channels, ad creative, copywriting, CRM administration, or speaker delivery coaching. Those are real disciplines and trying to fit them in would dilute the focus. We will refer you to specialists for those topics when relevant.

Most programs run bilingually with materials in both languages. The senior practitioner roundtables are English-led with Korean breakouts. Two field-focused labs run in Korean only.

Logistics

Most are hybrid — a mix of live virtual sessions and in-person workshop days. Some short labs are virtual-only. Each program lists its session mode on the detail page (in-person, hybrid, virtual, self-paced). Recordings are provided for live sessions you miss, but participation in critique rounds is not optional.

Cohort sizes vary by program. Most masterclasses run with 15-25 participants. The senior practitioner roundtables cap at 12 to keep the discussion useful. Short labs run with 20-30 participants and lighter facilitation.

Live sessions are recorded and available within 48 hours. Critique rounds and peer reviews require live attendance — if you miss those weeks, we will arrange an asynchronous critique with one of the facilitators, but the cohort dynamic is part of the value, so we encourage rescheduling your work when possible.

Pricing & enrolment

Invoices are issued in KRW. We accept bank transfer and corporate cards. Payment plans are available on request for programs over KRW 1,000,000 and require finance team contact details. Detailed payment terms appear on the invoice and at checkout.

Yes — full refund within 14 days of paying, provided the program has not yet started. Partial refund (50%) up to one week before the program start date. After the program begins, we offer credit toward a future cohort instead of a cash refund. Full terms are on the Returns & Refunds page.

For three or more participants from the same organisation in the same calendar quarter, we apply a 15% adjustment. For five or more, the conversation is more bespoke and we will design a working arrangement around your team's schedule. Reach out via the Contact page.

Outcomes & follow-up

Yes, on completion of all required sessions and the final artefact. The certificate names the masterclass, the cohort dates, and the lead facilitator. We do not award certificates for partial attendance.

Each cohort keeps a private channel for 90 days post-completion where you can share artefacts and ask follow-up questions. After 90 days, alumni can join quarterly open-office sessions hosted by the Training Director. Beyond that, ongoing one-to-one support is a separate engagement.
