Why this masterclass exists

What you actually do during the program.

Six weeks of small-group discussion and structured work for senior practitioners. We build a multi-touch model, document the assumptions, and rehearse the report-out.

Inclusions

  • Attribution model template tuned for event-driven pipelines
  • Assumption log so the model survives leadership turnover
  • Roundtable critique by 4-6 senior peers
  • CFO-grade report structure with worked example

What you leave with

  • A working attribution model documented to a level a successor could maintain
  • A report you can hand to finance without three meetings of context

Common questions

No. We work with whatever you have. The roundtable is about method and defensibility, not vendor-specific configuration.

You should report to a CMO or be one. The cohort is small and the discussions assume that level.

We will not give you a "true" attribution model. There is not one. We will help you build one you can defend.

From cohort members

"Honest, peer-driven, and the assumption log was the unexpected gift. Our model survived a leadership change because of it."

"Worth the seniority requirement. I would have been out of place a year ago."
