Why this masterclass exists

What you actually do during the program.

Six weeks of building, testing, and ripping apart a field activation playbook for one of your real upcoming programs. You ship a printable one-pager, a setup checklist, a contingency script, and a debrief form by the end of the cohort. Group critique replaces grading.

Inclusions

  • Four real-world playbook teardowns (two from APAC, two from European programs)
  • Printable one-pager template with KR-specific venue notes
  • Live role-play of the briefing with another cohort member playing the regional lead
  • Contingency script generator covering 9 of the most common day-of failures
  • Two iterations on your playbook with written feedback from peers

What you leave with

  • A finished playbook for one upcoming program, signed off by you and your manager
  • A reusable structure you can clone for the next four programs without rewriting
  • A debrief form that closes the loop back into your CRM

Common questions

At least one upcoming and one recently completed. The class works on both.

No. We anonymise everything and explicitly avoid asking for client names. The teardowns we provide are already anonymised.

The class is structured around field-marketing-style activations. If your work is closer to sponsorships or large trade-show booths, about 30% of the material will not apply directly.

From cohort members

"The contingency script generator alone earned back the fee. We used it three weeks later when a venue lost power and the regional lead had a written fallback in front of him."

"Some sessions ran long. The peer feedback rounds were the most valuable part of the program."

Anonymous attendee · internal feedback

"I came for the playbook template and left with a much better debrief loop. Two of my reps now use it on their own without me asking."
