Why this masterclass exists

What you actually do during the program.

Two-week short course focused on the briefing your field team gets the morning of the event. Tightly scoped: no agendas, no playbooks, just the briefing.

Inclusions

  • Briefing structure: opening, role review, escalation, debrief commitment
  • Template printed briefing card (A5)
  • Two cohort role-plays where you brief a peer playing your most distracted crew member
  • Common-mistake checklist of 14 things briefings get wrong

What you leave with

  • A printable A5 briefing card you can hand out at the venue
  • A consistent escalation path so junior crew know who to call when

Common questions

You need to lead one within the next ~3 months for the role-play to work, otherwise the course is theoretical.

Yes. We have a section specifically for unpaid or rotating volunteer teams.

We do not cover hiring, contracts, or compensation for crew members.

From cohort members

"Two weeks was the right length. Any longer and I would have stopped showing up."

Sora L.

"My crew now actually knows who to escalate to. Sounds basic. Was not, before this."
