Why this masterclass exists

What you actually do during the program.

Four weeks on session-level design: pre-session brief, transitions, audience interaction, and the awkward last 8 minutes. Includes a moderator role-play and a critique of your own past session recording.

Inclusions

  • Session brief template signed by speaker, moderator, and producer
  • Transition library: 9 ways to move between segments without dead air
  • Audience interaction sequencing model
  • Live critique of one of your own session recordings (you upload it)

What you leave with

  • A session brief your speakers will return on time
  • A repeatable transition pattern you can train moderators on

Common questions

Yes, by week two. We critique recordings as a cohort. If you cannot share one, the critique value drops by about half.

Lightly. We focus on the producer-side choreography, not coaching speakers on delivery.

The course is built around 60-90 minute sessions. Keynote-only events get less out of it.

From cohort members

"The transition library is now bookmarked. I used three of the patterns the week after the course."

Hyo-jin · 4.5/5

"Direct, well-structured, and the recording critique was the standout."

Daniel · Programme Lead

"I submitted a recording I was embarrassed by. Got useful, kind feedback. That mattered."
